Job Summary:
We are hiring Culinary Team Members interested in working in a fun, team environment. This is a great opportunity to learn from an experienced culinary team in an upscale country club atmosphere in beautiful Evergreen, Colorado.
Prepare food in accordance with Club recipes and standards/specifications. Act as a first point of contact for other line cooks, providing guidance and clarifications. Assists Sous Chef in assigning cleaning and prep projects to cooks and stewards. Holds cooks and stewards to a high and professional standard in their behavior and attitude.
Reports to: Sous Chef; Executive Chef.
Compensation: $23-25/hr.

Job Tasks:
- Prepares all required items.
- Sets up service units with needed items.
- Prepares items that are ordered in accordance with established portions and presentation standards.
- Can perform prep and execution of all dishes on all stations.
- Demonstrates knowledge of prep, execution, and plating specifications.
- Notifies sous chef of expected shortages.
- Ensures that assigned work areas and equipment are clean and sanitary.
- Assists the chef and sous chef in maintaining security and safety in the kitchen.
- Maintains neat professional appearance and observes personal cleanliness rules at all times.
- Sets up, maintains, and breaks down prep/cook station.
- Requisition items needed to produce menu items.
- Adheres to state and local health and safety regulations.
- Covers, dates, and neatly stores all leftover products that are reusable.
- Maintains the highest sanitary standards.
- Coordinates and times orders with other kitchen operations.
- Ensures all dishes reach the window in a time frame consistent with quality.
- Makes recommendations for maintenance, repair, and upkeep of the line prep area and equipment.
- Attends staff meetings.
- Assists with other duties as assigned by the sous chef.
